I provide labor doula care to families in all walks of life. Lets set up a free consultation and see if we would be a good fit! As birth is a monumental event, I want to make sure we click, with no hard feelings if we don’t, and for you to have the birth experience you want. I will provide a one hour free consultation where we can sit and chat about what’s important to you and answer any questions that you have. If you decide that I am who you’re looking for, than I provide you with a contract to sign and we can get started on this journey together.

My services are a flat rate fee, with a fee of $800 covering prenatal appointments, your labor (no matter how long or short) and one postpartum appointment. When you hire me as your doula, you will get:

Monthly check ins from date of hire to 36 weeks
Weekly check ins from 36 weeks to delivery
Phone, text, or email support from date of hire till our last postpartum visit a week after your birth.
In person support 24/7 as needed until our closing postpartum visit
At least one prenatal visit to talk about birth plans and hopes for your birth, and any previous birth experiences, if applicable.
A back up doula, with no additional fees to you, in the case that I am unable to attend you birth. You will be offered to meet the back up doula before birth.
In person labor support with a maximum of 2 hours from the time you contact me via phone for labor support (if my support has been longer than 24 hours and birth is not imminent, I reserve the right to leave and return or to call in a fresh back up doula to give you the best support).
At least two hours of postpartum care to help you get settled in and assist with breastfeeding if desired.
Postpartum check ins before our postpartum appointment
One, 1 hour long postpartum appointment about a week following the birth where we can talk about how birth went, give you any notes I have from your birth, and I can connect you with a postpartum doula if need be.
